UserForm code to delete last month's data

Worksheet Row1 is Column Headers.

Rows2 thru 32 are filled with values from a UserForm with Date in ColumnA

How can I code CommandButton1 to delete all but the last used row if TextBox1 date or ColumnA date is a new month?
