Userform frame "hidden"

I created two frames on the third page (of 3) of a multipage userform. I was moving the second frame around and it has "disappeared", seemingly behind the first frame. It is visible in the Properties Window only if the first frame has been selected. How do I recover it?

You can probably use the properties window to change its Top, Left, Width and Height until it becomes visible inside the other frame.

I tried that but nothing is visible. I even tried deleting the first frame, but it does not appear. At present there are no controls on the frame so I can ignore it but it is bugging me that I cannot get it back.

If you can select it using the dropdown in the properties window, you ought to be able to just delete it and then recreate as required.
