Is there any way to scroll a frame on a userform when the screen used is a touchscreen? i.e. swipe to scroll, not tapping scroll bars.

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
I have managed to get the frame to scroll with a mouse wheel but when the userform is full screen on a touchscreen monitor the frame won't scroll unless the scrollbar is tapped, is there a way to scroll based on "hold click and drag" which is effectively what swiping on a touchscreen is?
