UserForm- On top// no caption// transparent - Help

I'm trying to create a UserForm that is both 'always on top' and without a caption or close button. (I have included my own close button which I designed and prefer)

I have come across various ways of doing both separately but am too unskilled to combine them. (A typical copy/paste doesn't seem to cut it)

Any help would be appreciated, but if anyone is also skilled enough, It would be awesome if the UserForm opacity went to 50% when not selected also. I appreciate it guys. Thanks.
