How can I get my userform text box to display two decimal places?

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
You could , on form load (initialize) set the text box = 0 and format it for 2 decimals.

Code:
Private Sub UserForm_Initialize()
TextBox1 = 0
TextBox1 = Format(TextBox1, "0.00")

'and when user changes it

UserForm_change()
TextBox1 = Format(TextBox1, "0.00")

seems to cause a syntax error.

Is there somewhere in the properties of the userform that I can change?
