Userform textbox currency format unable to apply double digits

Morning,

On my userform in TextBox10 is a currency value.
The current code is supplied below.

I am unable to enter anything over £9.99

If i enter 22 i only se £2.00 & not £22.00
Ive added various 0 & # to the code but nothing ive tried allows me to achieve it.
