Hi everyone! Please let me know if my question makes sense or not. I created a combo box to make searching a data validation list easier. However, I was only able to do it in one cell and need that same combo box for about 600 more cells so that any new entry they can continue to search. Is there a way to duplicate the combo box so that I am not going through 600 cells recreating a combo box? I tried a copy/paste function that I read about on google but with no luck. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

I tried to attach a file or a picture using those instructions but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong because it won't work. Basically I'm asking if it's possible to copy/paste a combo box without having to change the active cell for each new row?

Example:
Suppler Name (data validation list)
Row 1 Combo box to select supplier name with active cell being A1 (this cell)
Row 2 Paste combo box from above but get it to automatically change active cell to A2 (this cell)

I would start here: http://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal10.html

They have a wonderful tutorial on how to create a data validation combo box that would appear when the activecell has data validation. It can be used to simulate Auto Complete Word or just to make filling out a worksheet easier.
