Using a label to direct a formula to a sheet

In a table array on a summary, one column has dates in the format YYYYMMDD. I also have sheets named in the same format. I want to use the date in the summary sheet to steer the formula to the relevant sheet to perform lookups and counts, but am unable to get the formula structure correct. Can you offer a solution?
