What I have is a drop down list with 6 options: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the last option is a blank cell. When I open the spreadsheet, I can choose on of the 6 options and it will output a different text in another cell per the option I chose. What I want to do is have a reset button that sends the drop down list back to the blank cell.

I can create the button but cannot figure out the macro code to chose the blank cell from the drop down list. Any help would be much appreciated!

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
What kind of dropdown list are you using? From data validation or a Form control(combobox or listbox)?
