Using a macro to fill out templates from a table of data

I have a blank template that I need a Macro to complete and save.

The information is contained within a table of data. (173 Rows of data)
I need to loop through each row of data and enter this onto the template then save the file, so the end result is 173 copies of the template completed.

I simply can’t seem to get my head around how this would be done. I’ve done something similar in the past but it was way long ago and I have no copy of this old workbook to refer to.

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
