Using ActiveX Spreadsheet in UserForm

I am wanting to perform database inserts/updates based on user changes to cells in an ActiveX Spreadsheet within a UserForm. How/Where do I code for the field activation changes so I can write the code to communicate with the database?

I am very familiar with the process for standard worksheets, just don't know how to replicate that functionality inside of an ActiveX Spreadsheet on a UserForm. (Excel VBA)
