Is this somehow possible?

E.g.

{=SUM(SUMIFS(Test$V:$V, Test!$B:$B, 'Partners'!$B2, {1,2}))}

So instead of {1,2} it would be a reference to a cell R7. So that when the cell changes the array formula does as well

Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Figured it out.

Just put 1 and 2 in cells R7:S7 and use that inside the formula then it will work once you make it an array
