Using Command Buttons to Prioritize a Range

My question is that the macro works fine. I want to revise this macro so that MoveUp() and MoveDown() only moves the values in the cell. Not the formatting and/or the formulas.

Right now, it is moving the formatting and formulas and proceducing the wrong out.

Please see the attachment excel file.
