Is there a more efficient way to collect information from multiple ranges than using the COUNTIF and adding them together, such as COUNTIF(Range,Criteria)+COUNTIF(Range,Criteria)+COUNTIF(Range,Criteria), etc? I know my way around Excel, but I really do not understand much about VBA, so if anyone can help me, treat me as a novice. Thanks ;)

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Hello excedrin1997, welcome to MrExcel

is there any pattern to the ranges....or a header or similar that would identify them - you might be able to simplify if there is. Are you using the same criterion for all ranges?
