I like to have the Score (Cell G4) displayed based on selection made in Cell B4. Example if User choose "Low", Score = 1

Many thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Place in G4 and copy down as required;

Code:
=IF(B4="Low",1,IF(B4="Mid",2,IF(B4="High",3,"")))

This accounts for low, mid (medium) and high. Change to suit your needs.
