I have a list of names that can be selected using a drop down list by data validation. I want to select a name on this list eg Jane which will then automatically update a single cell in a number of pivot tables with that same name eg Jane and by so doing change all the pivot tables automatically eg for all of Jane's information instead of going and changing this on each and every pivot table. As I cant enter a formula into the pivot table I'm not sure how to do this. Does anyone know of way to do this?
