The disposition is NOT part of the pivot table.

How Do I input a drop down box that is the exact shape of a cell so it looks correct?

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Maybe with some code like this...

Code:
ActiveSheet.OLEObjects.Add(ClassType:="Forms.ComboBox.1", _
    Left:=ActiveCell.Left, Top:=ActiveCell.Top, _
    Width:=ActiveCell.Width, Height:=ActiveCell.Height).Visible = True

it will insert a dropdown box the same size as the activecell

or

maybe use data validation and use the list option.

Hope this helps
