Hello All,

I've read this site quite often to work through issues but have not been able to figure out this problem.

Here's the scenario:
  • I have a list of customers and thier corresponding details (emails, names, etc) in Excel
  • I want to use the information in Excel to populate an email in Outlook BUT I need to maintain the formatting set in my template
I am able to populate emails no problem, the issue is that the formatting does not carry over into the email. Basically the generated email is all text (the logo, font sizes, alignment etc.) do not carry over.

I am also aware that you can create templates using .oft format, and these will carry over the formatting when you generate the email. The problem with this is that I cannot "Bookmark" sections of the email to customize.

I basically need a solution where I can use a template and carry over formatting, all while being able to customize the content of the email based on the Excel data.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

PS. Using Excel 2003
