Using find and replace with wildcard

i have data this below :

JACK MANHOLD
SISCA JACK HOLAND
ANDREW JACK

i am using FIND text "JACK" and getting/REPLACE then the final result :
is only text "JACK"

could you help me, with some wildcard...

It would help if you showed us what the three example names should look like after JACK is replaced.

I think is FIND WHAT : *JACK"
and REPLACE WITH : JACK
