Using Find option problem

Hi, Im trying to use the find function on a very large worksheet.
The problem i have is that it keeps going to the value of the row (shaded grey on very left hand side) and not the values in the workesheet. I have the find options set exactly as in another worksheet which does the find option no problem for me.
Any ideas.
