Using Find option problem

Hi, Im trying to use the find function on a very large worksheet.
The problem i have is that it keeps going to the value of the row (shaded grey on very left hand side) and not the values in the workesheet. I have the find options set exactly as in another worksheet which does the find option no problem for me.
Any ideas.

Still having troubles with find? what value are you searching for? post back with a bit more info...
