Using FormulaArray in Ofice Web Components (OWC)

Is anyone aware of any limitation to using FormulaArrays in OWC.

The same formula array works great in Excell 2003 but does not work in OWC 11 (even when using the CTRL-Shift combination).

=SUMPRODUCT((ISNUMBER(SEARCH("~*~*",B3:B350)))*(C3:C350)

(I'm populating both the OWC and the spreadsheet via VBA-- otherwise it seems to work very well.)
