Hello

I have a list of data in column AJ like this.

219712-1
219712-2
0
0
0
219712-6
219712-7
219712-8
0
0
219711-11
219712-12
0

is there a function to remove the 0 values so it just shows the list of the long numbers 1 after the other.

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Dave - you can perhaps get rid of them like so:

1. Select the column and hit F5 and then the Special Button
2. Choose to select Constants and uncheck everything in the submenu except for numerics. Click OK
3. With any luck this will have selected just the zeros and left all the other stuff. Then go Edit>Delete and eithe delete just those cells or the entire row.

you can use conditinal formatting to turn text white if the cell = 0

go to format
then conditinal formatting.

Thankyou for quick responses.

I have made a work around using a few functions. It does work.

I typically would use the autofilter function to do this. If you do not want to delete the entire row, then with autofilter, choose does not equal and type a zero.

If you want to delete the entire row, do the same thing, then select the range, right click, and select delete.
