Using HYPERLINK for workbook references

Is there anyway to reference to a cell in the current workbook using the HYPERLINK function.

I would like to be able to create a dynamic link e.g.

=HYPERLINK(INDIRECT("L"&SUM(1+Variable)),"Dynamic Link")
