Using Macro to update a sheet which may have extra rows

Hello,

is there a way in which i can use Macros to update a sheet of investment returns on a monthly basis, i do paste the new table in place of the old one so that the values are reflected in the summary sheet.
However, the issue is in case there is a new fund invested in. The cell locations will differ and wrong cells will be captured in the summary sheet.
