Using macros on shared drive

Their is a file out on shared drive and the file is associated with add in macros and some people can use the file with the macros in the add in but their is one user when it tries to use the macros it can not find it for some reason what's up with this

Or it can find the function that it is calling in the macros what can i check to see what is wrong
