Need to round all numbers in a column up to the highest 1,000, even if the number would normally be rounded down, i.e. below 500
E.G.
57,900 needs to be rounded to 58,000
57,001 also needs to be rounded to 58,000

As soon as the number goes over the 1,000 I need to round it up to the next thousand.

I tried MROUND as follows
=MROUND(57,900,1000) and it rounded up property to 58,000
=MROUND(57,001,1000) and it rounded to 57,000 - I need it rounded to 58,000

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Good afternoon Rhonda

Try using the CEILING function thus :

=CEILING(57900,1000)
=CEILING(57100,1000)

Both will return 58000.
