Using Multiple (2) Cells to Create Series Title

I'm developing a template using Excel XP to generate a number of charts. People will paste data into a worksheet and the template will generate a number of charts. Is there a way to use multiple cells to create the title for a series in my charts? I'd like to be able to generate the series title from two cells in my template.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Concatenate the 2 cells in another cell and use that cell for the Series title.
