I am using a preprinted form and would like to set up a template on Excel.
Is there anyway to designate cells as non-printing and stll have those cells appear on the monitor? I can hide the cells of the template that I don't want to print but they then disappear from view.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
If I understand correctly, I have had a similar task, We had an estimating sheet with money. I wanted to give the info to the Foreman with out prices. One you can go to sheet 2 and copy cell for cell a formula excluding the prices. Or you can create a macro to change anything you don't want to show to have the text color white.

Hope this helps,
Michael
