Using Stacked Graph with 2 variables

Hello,

I want to be able to stack 2 variables on eachother, by state, by month. How can I organize the data to create this? May need step by step help, only able to produce stacked together.

add an extra data row, new row contains the first column data added with second column data, I think that will model correctly
