Using SUMPRODUCT to count mulitple criteria

Hi guys,

Last week someone explained me how to use SUMPRODUCT to count certain criteria, e.g. how many companies have sales of > 50% in the US for the YEAR 2009.

However, now I want to count how many companies have sales >50 % US, >10% EU and > 10% EM for YEAR 2009.

What is the appropriate formula?
