Using tables as named range in conditional formatting

Hello everyone,

My question is regarding using tables as named range in conditional formatting. It is the only way I have had success with it.
What I was wondering is there a way to keep some of the functionality for xlookup by the column header in the named range, or must I create a new name for each column?

Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
You can use an Index to get the 2D position.

For example, for the current row.
=INDEX(Table1,ROW(),XMATCH("ColName",Table1[#Headers]))

(Obviously replacing the Table ref syntax with NameRange for those elements that don't support table referencing.
