Using text and cell links

Hello

I am not even sure this is possible,

I have two cells (I2 and J2) each have a different date in them

What I need to do is in cell b13 have some text (data between) and those dates. I could just manulaay type this but I will be changing these dates so I beed cell b13 to auto update when I change the dates in ! and J 2.

Can you help?

are you after something like
="the dates are between "&TEXT(I2,"mm/dd/yy")&" & "&TEXT(J2,"mm/dd/yy")
