Using >than

hi would like to use >than to give me a Yes or a No yes and no refers to breaks taken if 8:00 or less needs to show a No if greater than 8:00 needs to show Yes
if blank needs to show blank

C1 is 08:00 d1 needs to display No
C1 is 09:00 d1 needs to display Yes
