I'm trying to automate a process to sort a table and get the sum for a specific column. When I use the .formula = "=sum(A1:A2)", it gives me a "NAME?" error. Any help?

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Does your formula actually have double quotes, i.e. "your formula" , around it?

Hi,

Your version of Excel seems to be in a non-English language.

The code you've posted looks OK though. Have you tried recording a macro to see what it spits out?
