Using the Text Import Wizard to Import .txt Files

I have a text file with approximately 200,000 records that I am trying to import into Excel using the text import wizard.

Obviously given Excel's 65,536 row constraint, I will have to use multiple workbooks.

After I download records 1 through 65,536 I open a new workbook and want to begin with record 65,537 and import the next 65,536 records.

However, for some reason the text import wizard will not let me begin with record 65,536. It will only go up to 32,720.

Does anyone know why this is?
