Using VBA, how can I find last column or end of row and inse

11 to hide a column.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I can't think why you need to insert a column to the right of your data, because it's already there an blank, but:

Range("IV1").End(xlToLeft).Offset(0, 1).EntireColumn.Insert

To count back 11 columns and hide the column:

Range("IV1").End(xlToLeft).Offset(0, -11).EntireColumn.Hidden = True

All this assumes your data is in row 1 - change the row reference to suit.
