Im using VBA to populate some cells with a formula bant cant get the syntax right.

Here is my code:

Code:
Range("k7").Formula="=IF(RaceType="","",IF(OR(H5="No",H5=""),"",IF(L5=0,1,HLOOKUP(RaceType,tblPlace,L5+1))))"

It hangs up on the H5="No" part giving me an "Expected - end of statement error.

Any thoughts as to why this might be happening?

Hi. Please replace each " with "" when in the middle of the string for the formula. Regards, Fazza

Viz, untested,
Code:
Range("k7").Formula = _
    "=IF(RaceType="""","""",IF(OR(H5=""No"",H5=""""),"""",IF(L5=0,1,HLOOKUP(RaceType,tblPlace,L5+1))))"
