I would like to create a table which the data in current date will be updated into another column table as a past data so i can continue update data.

what is the way should i use to present the data as i would like to update data daily but the today data need to be added in the past column when tomorrow i update the today column.
Is this possible. I dont have any idea to do this.
i have attached picture of how the table should look like.
