using VLookup

Dear All,

i want to use vlookup and have more than 1 result. like sample below, i want to lookup Singapore and have result Cathy and Tony. If i use usual vlooup, only Cathy but how to pull out tony?

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
