using ws.copy and pasting into a new worksheet as values (i.e., paste special values--breaking all the links/references)

???

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
copy a worksheet to another workbook and delete/break all ..

i would like to copy a worksheet to another workbook and delete/break all the cell references...

????

copy your information and then one new worksheet use:
"Edit"
"Paste Special"
"Values"

this will enter the data but no formulas or references to the original worksheet
