V Look-up Fuzzy Match

I am familiar with traditional V Look-up - My formula would look like this =VLOOKUP(A2,Template!B:C,2,FALSE) and would return a value if there is an exact match.

If there is a similar type formula that would return values that are similar (for example purposes 95% similar).

I am not yet proficient enough to use VBA or Power Query
