I need to know the accrual rate formula

I have worked for several different companies over the years and everyone accrues vacation time differently based on the company and years of service, you need to start with the basics. Find out from your HR department how vacation is calculated, weekly, biweekly, or annually ect..... then if you need help creating a spreadsheet to help you track it repost some of your data.
