Hello,

I need help creating a vacation days tracking sheet. I Know this question MUST be answered a number of times over, however the examples I got when I searched are mostly based on hours. I need to accrue in days, and it starts the accrual after a 90 day probation following the hire date. There are different categories of allowed days/month. Days accrue as follows: less than 3yrs accrue 2 days/mth, 3-5yrs accrue 2.5 days/mth and casuals 1.5 days/mth. Absentism without notification will be deducted with the same no of days for each category. I need to see the days accrued, the days used, absentism & the balance (could I also have it include holidays, I'll enter them). Everyone's balance renews on their anniversary.

Please help. Thank you.

Samia
