Hi all I have a text box and all I want the uers to be able to do is put numbers in there how can I do this ?

You would need to use VBA to validate the data that goes into the textbox. If this textbox is on an actual worksheet, I would suggest you use validation instead....
1. Select data....validation... from the excel menu.
2. Select "Whole Number" or "Decimal" and set the criteria, then press OK.

I would suggest something along these lines, using a "Control Toolbox" textbox on a worksheet. This should also work using a userform textbox.

Private Sub TextBox1_LostFocus()
If IsNumeric(TextBox1.Value) = False Then
    MsgBox "Please enter a number"
    TextBox1.Value = ""
    TextBox1.Activate
End If
