We have in our stores a purchase order field. Unfortunately there is no data validation system in place and users can type whatever they want , so we end up with addresses and street names spelled slightly differently all over the place, making job summaries via downloaded excel files a pita (e.g. going thru it manually w copy and paste ) We get a list for invoices for the same po, but they look like this:

El Reeno Duplex

El Reno dupex

Reno Dup

Is there a way to have Excel apply some sort of data validation formula on the back end?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
