Validation in 1/4's

I need some ideas or a solution for this......
I want the users to be able to only enter numbers that are either whole numbers or numbers with decimals .25, .50, .75 or in quarter increments. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Well I come up with one

=SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD((C2/0.25),4)={0,1,2,3}))

but I would still like to see what others would do in this situation.

Man did I over do it! Thanks Brian the first one Mod(A1,.25)=0 is the ticket for sure. THanks a bunch Man!!!
