Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
give this a try

Code:
Sub test1()
Dim valStr As String: valStr = ""

For i = 3 To 31
    valStr = valStr & Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A" & i).Value & ", "
Next i
valStr = valStr & Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A32").Value

With Sheets("Sheet2").Range("B2").Validation
    .Add Type:=xlValidateList, AlertStyle:=xlValidAlertStop, Operator:= _
        xlBetween, Formula1:=valStr
End With
End Sub
