Value to be assigned to date from list formula

Hello everyone,

I am trying to assign a value to each date of the calendar days. If the calendar day is less or equal than the date from the table than it will have that value assigned, otherwise the next value. I copy here and example of the excel. How could I solve it? Thank you very much!!!
