Variable not found in XL97, works in XL2K

I've just issued a file to a number of users. I'd tested it on my machine, but forgot that a couple of people still use XL97 (don't ask!)

The code is failing to recognise the argument vbShortDate when using the FormatDateTime function, with an error message of "Variable not found". The 97 machine doesn't have VBA help installed so I'm having trouble finding an equivalent that will work across versions.
