Hi everyone,
Mission:
Print specific area based on "Auto Filter" selection.
Columns: A to O, already protected via VIEW > Page Break Preview
Rows: Variable, from 1 to ?? based on "Auto Filter" selection.
Rows: Always Print Row 1, already protected via FILE >PAGE SET-UP > Sheet
My Data:
C: A to O
R: 1 to about 1200, varies daily...
Column J: Desired selection.... see below
In Row 1, I'm using the Auto Filter option. The cells in J will contain either ( 1,2,3 or TBD) as possible values...
From the filter in J, changing from ( ALL ) to ( 1 ) print only those rows, then repeat with ( 2 ), then ( 3 ), and so on....
Problem:
As it is, when I do a Print Preview using ( 2 ) or any value other than ( ALL ), the 1st page if blank except for the header/footer and the repeated Row 1, the actual ( 2 )'s only start on page 2. Why?
If my selection ( 2 ) equals to 50 rows (sheet = 30 rows), then only 2 pages should print.
One more thing, this is a WISH list item only...
Make the last 5 rows of every print sheet blank rows (gridlines only)
Cheers,
Sprucy
